I am a therapist and find your honesty empowering and uplifting. True journaling is a tool and does not work for everyone. You are also correct in that there are many different ways to look at it, writing in all forms be it poems, songs, etc and videoing. All forms help. Not 1 thing works for everyone. I am constantly looking for new ways. Anything that expresses oneself helps. I very much enjoy listening to you. Continue humanizing it all!
